Your Role :

• Analyze the customer’s product quality requirements;
• Ensure the management of customer complaints;
• Evaluate the manufacturing process in collaboration with the Engineering Department;
• Develop audit, control plans and ensure their implementation;
• Ensure the control and updating of documentation;

Your Background:

• Bac+5 in Industrial / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Sense of urgency and priority setting

• Reporting and analysis
• Strong communication skills in English (Written & Spoken)

Your Role

• Implement all changes required by customer and ensure proper change management according to procedure;
• Integrate equipment into the production flow;
• Analyze customer requirements according to customer’s drawings and specifications;
• Participate to PFMEA analyses and ensure the follow-up for the designated action plans;
• Order and manage equipment implementation according to specifications;
• Develop, implement and maintain software tools according to the plant’s needs regarding traceability and error proofing requirements; achieve the milestones and deliverables;
• Implement, maintain (extend) label management requirements;
• Make sure that all lessons learned are implemented and have proper follow-up.

Your Background

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar – technical fields;
• Background in automotive industry is a plus;
• Previous experience in working in large teams is an advantage;
• English advanced knowledge is a must;
• Analytical thinking, attention to details and problem solving abilities;
• Interested in production process and especially in automotive industry;

Facilities :

• overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including cleaning & Maintenance.

• overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
• drafting reports and making written recommendations.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive or other high volume production, Engineering and Maintenance;
• Experience at a managerial level in automotive industry;
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent time management and organizational skills;
• Good communicator, adaptable and flexible individual, with great attention to details and problem solving skills;
• Fluency in English.

Your Profile:

Maintenance responsible

Your Role:

• Actively participate with all relevant stakeholders to resolve technical issues, punch lists during pre-commissioning and commissioning stages till the projects are successfully commissioned and handed over.
• Actively participate in projects (e.g. remodelling or renovation).
• Verify and review technical designs, documents and bids in accordance with approved standards and to meet Operations, Maintenance, Asset integrity and HSE requirements.
• Identifies potential hazards concerning Maintenance interventions during commissioning activities, participates in technical meetings, Plant pre-start up safety audits, performance tests raises punch lists and provide support to operations and maintenance teams in various stages of project activities.
• Takes ownership of safety processes; performs maintenance safety program audits (Lockout/Tag out, Confined Space, Fall Protection, PPE, mobile equipment, etc.).
• Oversee maintenance of injection molding machines, insert molding machines, manual and automatic lines (including robots)
• Collaborates with production to schedule preventive maintenance.
• Responsible to develop and implement annual plan that will keep production equipment in optimal working conditions
• Oversees outside contractors who performs installations and projects at the facilities
• Develop, suggest and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and product quality.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering)
• Should have minimum 5 years of related automotive position
• Automotive Experience preferred
• Advanced English
• Must possess a diversified background with strong technical skills on mechanical, electrical, electronical background
• Knowledge of maintenance of injection molding a plus
