Poste :

Quality:

• Observe the quality procedures in force
• Enforce quality procedures for subordinates
• Participate in the projects of improvement and productivity
• Technical:
• Analyze specifications of YAZAKI drawings
• Team management
• Provide technical support to other departments
• Analyze, coordinate and follow the implementation of ECRs up to beam scan
• Ensure the preparation and distribution of the technical file to other departments
• Ensure the preparation of the method file before any new launch
• Ensure effective costing and monitoring of ECRs
• Participate and support the coordination and implementation of new projects
• Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (ISO TS 16949), application of Yazaki’s procedures, application of hygiene and safety rules within the work area and The 5S principles.
   

Profil recherché :

Training :

• Bac+5 in Industrial engineering, Electromechanical and automated system or similar
• Experience :
• Minimum 1 Year experience within a similar position
• Requierd skills :
• Computer knowledge;
• Focus on results;
• Planning and organising

Creation & preparation of schema assembly and operating standards: Work instruction, visual aids, engineering documentation …
Preparation of cheklist and identification of components and wires;
Reading and interpretation of the customer drawing/ YAZAKI drawing/ Layout;
Analyse and implement technical changes;
Follow of production status;
Follow of raw material status.

Profil recherché :

Training :

Bac+2 or 3 in Industrial engineering, Electromechanical and automated system or similar

Experience :

Minimum 1 Year experience within a similar position

Poste :

Responsibilities:

•Prepare the recruitment plan in case of a new project or introduction of new teams;
•Communication of monthly targets to employees : Shift leader and Line leaders;
•Monitor and analyze the daily results for each project ,Family and team;
•Ensure the implementation of the necessary actions in case of deviation;
•Control the implementation of the quality process;
• Preparation of customer audits;
• Ensure that the standards are implemented in the assembly lines;
• Ensure the proper use of production facilities and equipment’s;
• Ensure the communication of the equipment problems to the maintenance department;
• Check the value of the raw material available in its production area;
• Analyze the scrap rate against the Target .
 

Profil recherché :

Requirements:

•Engineer or master’s degree in Industrial engineering, or similar
•5 years’ minimum experience (AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY)
•Excellent communication skills
•Proficient in Microsoft office, SAP
•Fluent in English and French
