Cutting Process Engineer
Missions
- Define production process and equipment to meet customer requirement.
- Create equipment specifications, order and follow up till the installation and release.
- Establish and control the equipment list including the tagging, serial number, location data.
- Monitor the production capacity vs the customer orders.
- Implement product and process engineering changes by using APQP approach.
- Define and improve the process flow.
- Support in the new program build and SOP.
- Improve the fabric utilization.
- Improve the CNC cutter & press capacity.
Competence & Experience
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and capacity calculation.
- 5 year professional experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Good at math and statistics.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Bachelors degree
