Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality master plans in the short and medium term, and ensure a periodic evaluation of the Quality system within the company
- Monitor the performance of the various Quality departments against the pre-established performance objectives to ensure continuous improvement in the desired direction and to implement the necessary corrective and preventive action plans accordingly
- Establish the estimated budget and monitor internal expenses and financial performance of the Quality department in collaboration with the Finance department
- Approve the proposed improvement plans to increase productivity and maximize the efficiency of QC, Quality Assurance and Technical Quality
- Monitor regulatory, technological and organizational methods and ensure the implementation and respect of these standards within the company
- Ensure allocation of means / resources (human, financial, deadlines, materials …) according to results and strategy in collaboration with the Finance department
- Maintain periodic committees and prepare reports related to the activities of the Quality to be submitted to general management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- 5 to 10 years of experience in quality including at least 3 years in a similar position
