Quality System Engineer
Your Missions
- Implement the quality management system.
- Audit the compliance with QMS within the organization.
- Lead the IATF 16949 audit certification.
- Lead Customer certification.
- Conduct the quality internal system audit and line process audit in periodic basis.
- Coordinate the audit and the review of the quality procedures for potential improvement.
- Monitor the action plan and confirm its effectiveness.
- 100% compliance to LPA and LPOF.
- Participate on the control plan and PFMEA elaboration and Ensure the execution of the control plan.
- Use problem solving methodologies and the quality tools to fix the internal and external non-conformities.
- Ensure accurate reporting of the quality KPI’s.
- Meet the customer objectives and satisfy their requirements and audits.
- Coach and develop the quality team under your responsibility & support them in the execution of the daily tasks.
To Be Successful For This Role
- Bac+5 minimum with experience in automotive wiring Industry (Minimum 3 Years’ in quality, is a must or 2 years acting as system responsible).
- Strong knowledge of TS16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 9000.
- Demonstrated expertise in problem solving (8D,s 5Why’s, Ishikawa, Is/Is not…).
- Ability to think analytically and critically and Ability to read (CSR…).
- Attentive to detail in all aspects.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
