External Quality Engineer
Your Missions
Build a tight and professional relationship with customer at plant levelManage Costs generated by Customer claims;Ensure availability of propriate equipment for Analysis Laboratory;Ensure availability of permanent resident, Sorting companies, to support urgent customer sorting/ joint Analysis Needed.Manage Quality Figures (PPM, WC, and all other customer indicator)Ensure professional and continuous communication between Plant and CustomerSeek for continuous feedback of customer satisfaction degree about product and serviceAvoid claims from customer through preventive actions as well as corrective ones.Analyzes problems at customer’s facility to find the proper solutionEnsure fast and efficient problem solving of Customer complaintsEnsure conformance product according IATF, Customer specific requirement, regulatory requirement.Monito Customer KPIs through portal, regular communication, Scorecards analysis.
