Your Missions
- Implement the QMS procedures and ensure the compliance.
- Obtain the customer certifications and ensure the maintain
- Meet the IATF requirements and gain the certification
- Define the quality budget and resources
- Meet the customer objectives and satisfy their requirements and audits.
- Deploy and monitor the KPI’s by gathering data and produce statistical reports.
- Conduct the risk assessment of products, processes and systems.
- Identify the weakness area, recommend and implement the improvements.
- Use problem solving methodologies and the quality tools to fix the internal and external issues.
- Coach and develop the quality staff and support them in the execution of the daily tasks.
- Demonstrate the Leadership model.
To Be Successful For This Role
- Bac+5 minimum with experience in automotive wiring Industry (Minimum 7 Years’ experience, is a must)
- Demonstrated expertise in problem solving tools and excellent analytical skills.
- Effective understanding of the IATF 16949 standards and automotive wiring standards.
- Excellent communication skills with respect and encourage long-term relationships with internal team customer, suppliers.
- Continually focus on our customers’ needs and expectations.
- Be Inclusive, Be Inventive and Get results the right way.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent French and English.
